K2DYE is a fully integrated module that aids in the efficient scheduling of all dye-house and print activities, including calculations for batch or continuous dyeing as well as printing and coating processes. It controls the joining or splitting of production orders creating optimized dye-lots, the management of dyeing activities and the accurate definition of component usage by percentage of weight or quantities per volume.
It provides reports for dye house performance and chemicals variance, used to recalculate actual costs.
